Chin Na in Depth 5-8 Course with Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming

After the first "Chin Na In Depth DVD, I had high expectations," Chin Na In Depth Courses 5-8 "with Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming. I was disappointed a bit. 'This is another excellent resource for any Library martial arts. Sometimes I watch videos of martial arts, to deal with a different style, and other times I actually presented in the training room and the head of the techniques taught in the work program. Dr. Yang Chin Na DVD finally fall in recentCategory.

As a teacher of Hapkido, I know many techniques of Hapkido curriculum shared locks. What I really liked practitioner Dr. Yang Chin Na techniques with my Hapkido techniques to compare the similarities, differences, how to do better, to act as what Dr. Yang with what I do, and so teaches. While not a beginner would be able to do so, those who experiment should be aware of common barriers and develop andtheir techniques. I think the novice could learn a lot from this DVD, but I think for me it was definitely helped make me a better martial artist and introduced me to some variations on the blocks that I had done, not yet.

The production quality of the DVD is first rate. I have come to expect from YMAA excellent quality and offer the best. The lighting of the sound, and editing all did very well the menus very easy to navigate the DVD. I like that Dr. Yang has Martial its principles of morality, right at the first menu screen, because I think we all know that the practice of martial arts should be reminded of these principles. The DVD also contains extra YMAA standards that include information on the book by YMAA, catalog and DVD previews of some of his others.

The main content of this DVD is on courses 5-8. Menu for the course and then the technique that you want to learn, or> Review or you can look only slightly. Of course you have 8 technicians with six-course includes 7 technical "Forced to Bow" is not listed on the back cover of the DVD contains seven courses and eight technical course contains eight seventh All of them have Chinese names. The English name is listed on the menu, but is indicated at the beginning of each segment of the Chinese and pronounced.

The various techniques of attack of the fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders and neck and head.Dr. Yang does a good job demonstrating and explaining the techniques he and the audience a lot of little tips that help improve the techniques. The DVD includes close-ups of some techniques to help in this example and learning. Also, there may be English subtitles for viewers who have difficulty with the help accent Dr. Yang. Personally I have no trouble understanding Dr. Yang. Another nice feature of the curriculum is when Dr. Yang has itsStudents have the techniques, having taught there. He notes that when his students to run, in order to correct errors and better understand his teaching. After her students involved and included more involvement with their lessons in the program.

At the end of the program, Dr. Yang warns the viewer safe practice. I liked that he did not. The mark of a good teacher is very knowledgeable in the techniques, but also able to teach others, do it in a safeProcedures and techniques to prevent abuse. Dr. Yang is certainly an excellent instructor. This DVD is an invaluable resource for anyone studying techniques and practices shared locks, regardless of its style.
